The live 3.5 ounce abalone are grown and marketed primarily for traditional sushi restaurant applications. They are also ideal for both nouveau cuisine and Asian dishes. Ocean RoseŽ live abalone have a beautiful pink/cream-colored meat with a fresh clean taste which will remind you of the sea. This product averages 3 1/4 inches in length and 4-5 abalone per pound.
