Happy #OpeningDay! Here in SF we LOVE our Giants! One of the best parts of Opening Day to me, is when they introduce everyone involved in the organization... It's a reminder that as much as we love the players and coaches, it takes so many people to pull off. Because I use baseball analogies more than any others in the kitchen, I want to use this as a great reminder that we couldn't do what we do without ALLLLLL the help to run our restaurant!
Thank you for keeping us alive Four Star Seafood, Monterey Fish Market, Royal Hawaiian Seafood, ABS Seafood, California Caviar Company, Abalone Farm, Brian Flannery, Newport Meat, Cooks Company Produce, all the local farms we order from who are too good for Facebook, our cleaning company who helps us keep our Health department score 100%, and everyone else who cares for our legendary restaurant!
Farallon opened when I was 12, when I had my first job in the kitchen. It's legend was immediate and haunted me throughout my whole career until I ended up here at the helm.
